ZZ Established in 1998, ZZ Bearing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (ZZ) is a professional manufacturer of slewing bearings and we can design and manufacture single-row ball slewing ring bearing, double-row ball slewing ring bearing, three-row roller slewing bearing, ball-roller combination slewing ring, crossed roller bearing, crossed tapered roller bearing, slew drives and custom bearings.

Producing slewing bearings requires specialized equipment, and our manufacturing capabilities have significantly improved with recent acquisitions. We have invested in advanced machinery such as the Italian CNC quenching machine, CNC high-speed precision gear milling machine, and CNC five-axis machining center. These state-of-the-art machines enhance our production efficiency and capacity. Additionally, we possess a wind turbine main bearing test machine that simulates various working conditions, including temperature, vibration, and noise, providing valuable data for product design.
Our subsidiary, ZZ Machinery, supplies essential components such as shrink discs and high-speed couplings for wind turbine units to various wind turbine manufacturers and gearbox companies. This synergy between the parent company and its subsidiary not only diversifies our product range but also expands our business scope. We have established a comprehensive inspection system covering raw materials, the production process, and finished products. For raw materials, we conduct batch and furnace number inspections to ensure consistency and quality. Key components such as steel balls, rollers, and cages undergo thorough eddy current (ET) and ultrasonic (UT) testing. Before any product leaves our factory, we perform inspection on critical indicators like rotational torque and tooth runout to guarantee optimal performance.
