With 20 years of history, ZZ started off manufacturing general slewing bearings. Over the years, we've expanded our focus to include large slewing bearings, shrink discs, high-speed couplings, and industrial forgings. Our primary products now encompass wind turbine main bearings, yaw bearings, pitch bearings, marine crane slewing bearings, tunnel boring machine main bearings and components, wind turbine shrink discs, and high-speed couplings. What began as a small, obscure company has grown into a leading name in China's wind turbine bearing industry and a publicly listed company. Here's a glimpse into our journey:
ZZ Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd. was established.
Launched a new wind power bearing plant with a 210 million RMB investment
Renamed to ZZ Slewing Bearing Co., Ltd
Provide key components for shield tunneling machines to China Railway Construction Heavy Industry and China Communications Construction
The Engineering Technology Research Center for Main Bearings of High-power Offshore Wind Turbines has been established
Developed seamless induction hardening technology for medium-carbon alloy steel
Successfully used this new induction hardening technology for Mingyang's 3MW double-row tapered roller main bearings, achieving mass production
Established ZZ (Shanghai) Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and launched the Shanghai R&D Center
Launched the bearing forging production line at ZZ Forging Co., Ltd
Established (ZZ) Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on producing core precision equipment for large offshore wind turbines and marine engineering equipment, as well as large shield tunneling machines
Successfully developed and mass-produced double-row spherical roller wind turbine main bearings using seamless induction hardening technology for medium-carbon alloy steel
Successfully developed ultra-large diameter main bearings for 16-meter-class shield tunneling machines, with a bearing diameter of 8.01 meters
Successfully developed 20MW offshore wind turbine main bearings, pitch bearings, and yaw bearings
